Although originally expected that the Governor would sign this bill involving the Trans-vaginal Ultrasound, it is being sent back to Legislators with some amendments. The News Release does not specify the modifications but more information should be forthcoming.
*Breaking News! UPDATE: Hundreds at Capitol for women’s rights
Today, Monday February 20th, 1,100 grassroots activist showed up at the Capitol for a peaceful protest against the War on Women! They lined the sidewalks from the General Assembly Building to the Capitol forcing legislators to walk through their silent tunnel. This is amazing! SB 484 was supposed to be voted on by the House today, but they chose to pass it by! We’ll see what happens tomorrow.
