In celebration of the 90th anniversary of the League of Women Voters and the passage of the 19th amendment to the United States Constitution, The LWV of Montgomery County presents a special program, The Unexpected Revolution, Thursday, February 25, 7:15 pm in Blacksburg Town Council Chambers, featuring:
